UPS trekt bod op TNT Express in

UPS heeft het bod op TNT Express officieel ingetrokken nadat de Europese Commissie eerder vandaag officieel aankondigde dat de overname niet door mag gaan vanwege concurrentiebezwaren. Op 14 januari na aankondigingen door TNT Express en UPS werd al duidelijk dat Brussel de overname hoogstwaarschijnlijk zou gaan dwarsbomen.
