Vivenda Media Groep converteert obligatie

Vivenda Media Groep converteert een obligatie in 250.000 nieuwe aandelen met een nominale waarde van 0,20 euro per stuk. Dit maakte het mediabedrijf nabeurs bekend. De conversie vond plaats op verzoek van obligatiehouder Vincent Poorter, die een obligatie van 50.000 euro houdt. Het totaal aantal geplaatste gewone aandelen Vivenda Media Groep bedraagt na uitgifte 19.350.109.
