ICT Automatisering rondt overname Strypes Bulgaria af

ICT Automatisering heeft de overname van softwarespecialist Strypes Bulgaria afgerond. Dit maakte de ICT onderneming woensdag bekend.
De overname zal volgens ICT Automatisering per direct bijdragen aan de winstgevendheid.
ICT Automatisering gaf daarbij aan in de overname een oplossing te zien voor het tekort aan technisch geschoold personeel in Nederland.
In november vorig jaar liet ICT Automatisering weten voor Strypes Bulgaria 4,3 miljoen euro te betalen plus een earn-out vergoeding, die wordt gebaseerd op de resultaten die in 2015 worden behaald.
